At Big Blue Strength we offer a variety to group training options as part of our membership package. After going through orientation, clients are able to attend most groups of their choosing. During orientation, we will guide you to the most appropriate group given your fitness level and goals.
Group training is a great way to get a coach to help you with your exercise form and technique without paying the price for a one on one private training session.
