  • Yoke walk or march x down + back
  • Farmers Carry + 5 deadlifts every 10 feet x down + back
  • SA KB overhead carry x 1 lap each arm
  • Ring hold  x 30 sec.
  • KB Front carry x down + back (parking lot)
  • Mace or Sledgehammer OH Swings x  20
